- An introduction to the Physical Science & Everyday Thinking curriculum (Goldberg et al., 2009) and other related physics curricula resources that can be implemented in a high school physics course. This course is cross-listed with SCI ED 1300 and will include additional projects. REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO EXISTING AND FUTURE SECONDARY SCIENCE TEACHING TEACHERS ONLY.
- Class meets via Zoom Mondays & Wednesday from 4 to 6 pm for group and class discussions.
- PHYSICS 4186/5186 section 60 will be combined with SCI ED 1300 section 60 in blackboard/eLearning
- Sections of PHYSICS 4186/5186 may be combined in eLearning.
- Students interested in the Physics Endorsement coursework should enroll via Online and Distance Education, http://distance.uni.edu/enroll.
- Students use the online resources to complete investigations and other work on their own at other times and during the rest of the week. Online homework on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
